Oven Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

• 2 c brown sugar
• 2 cubes margarine
• 6 qt popped corn
• 12 c corn syrup
• 1 tsp soda

Directions

1. Boil sugar margarine syrup and salt for 5 minutes stir Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla
2. Stir well over popped corn add nuts if desired
3. Spread on deep cookie sheet or shallow roaster
4. Place in 200 oven for 1 hour stirring at 15 minute intervals
5. Remove from oven cool and store in tightly covered containers
