Oven Chicken And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 14 c margarine
- 1 c rice
- salt to taste
- 1 fryer cut up
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 12 soup cans water
Directions
- Melt margarine in baking dish
- Cool slightly
- Pour rice uncooked over margarine
- Arrange salted pieces of chicken over rice
- Sprinkle with onion mix
- Combine mushroom soup with water pour over chicken
- Cover tightly
- Bake at 350
- for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Uncover last 15 minutes so chicken can brown
