Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- salt pepper and paprika
Directions
- Slice potatoes in half and then slice each half into 8 thick crescent-shaped pieces
- Chill sliced potatoes 10 minutes or longer in ice cold water to crisp them
- Preheat oven to 475 Drain potatoes well
- Toss lightly with oil
- Spray a baking pan with Pam
- Arrange the slices in a single layer
- Bake 25 minutes turning occasionally
- Season and serve
- Makes 4 75 calorie servings
