Oven Fried Perch Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 lb perch fillets
- 14 c milk
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp thyme
- 1 Tbsp melted margarine
Directions
- Dip fillets in milk
- Combine crumbs Parmesan and thyme Coat fish with bread crumbs
- Lay in single layer on greased shallow baking pan
- Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish
- It is done when fish flakes easily with a fork
