Oven Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 to 10 large potatoes cooked
- 14 c sour cream
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp butter
- salt and pepper on top to taste
- milk
Directions
- Boil potatoes and mash with sour cream cream cheese butter salt and pepper
- Add milk to right consistency
- Put in greased casserole 2-quart and dot with butter
- Sprinkle with paprika When ready to serve bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes
