Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 c grated Cheddar cheese or 12 c Cheddar and 12 c Swiss
  • 12 c chopped ham
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted

Directions

  1. Blend together eggs sour cream and salt
  2. Stir in cheese Add ham if desired
  3. Pour egg mixture into greased 1 12-quart baking dish
  4. Drizzle butter over top
  5. Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until set
