Oven Omelet
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 12 c sour cream
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese or 12 c Cheddar and 12 c Swiss
- 12 c chopped ham
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
Directions
- Blend together eggs sour cream and salt
- Stir in cheese Add ham if desired
- Pour egg mixture into greased 1 12-quart baking dish
- Drizzle butter over top
- Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until set
