Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 lb potatoes cut into large chunks
- 13 c olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- In a large plastic food bag or bowl combine all ingredients
- Toss until potatoes are coated evenly Place into shallow baking or roasting pan
- Bake stirring occasionally 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley
