Oven Roasted Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 34 c catsup
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp steak sauce
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 14 c water
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Saute onion in butter
- Add all other ingredients
- Simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally
- Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks
- Preheat oven to 450
- Salt and pepper ribs place on rack and pour 3 cups water in pan
- Bake 30 minutes
- Pour out water reduce heat to 300
- Brush ribs with Veras Barbecue Sauce
- Bake 25 minutes
- Turn baste with sauce and bake 20 minutes
- Broil a few minutes on each side before serving
