Overnight Buns

Ingredients
- 12 cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 cup oil
- 2 pkgs dry yeast
- 3 tsp salt
- About 15 cups flour
Directions
- Add 2 Tbsp sugar to 12 cup warm water
- Let stand 10 minutes Mix in 1 12 cups sugar 4 cups warm water oil yeast salt and gradually add flour
- Mix up at 6 pm work down at 9 pm
- Pan out at 1030
- Let stand overnight at room temperature
- Bake in the morning at 350 for 15-20 minutes
