Overnight BunsStart About 4 PM

Ingredients
- 1 envelope yeast
- 12 c water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 c warm water
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp salt
- 8 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 12 cup water and add 2 teaspoons sugar Mix with rest of ingredients and knead
- Let rise and knead it again
- Grease pans and make buns with room on all sides
- After buns are in pan flatten with palm of hand
- Leave overnight covered with paper toweling
