Oyster Sauce Beef And Chinese Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb beef thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sherry
  • 14 c oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 12 c thinly sliced onion
  • 1 c Chinese peas

Directions

  1. Combine beef cornstarch sugar soy sauce sherry oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of the oil
  2. Marinate for 20 minutes
  3. In a wok or skillet heat remaining oil and brown garlic
  4. Add meat and onion stir-fry for 1 minute
  5. Add peas and cook 1 more minute
