Oyster Sauce Beef And Chinese Peas
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb beef thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sherry
- 14 c oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 c thinly sliced onion
- 1 c Chinese peas
Directions
- Combine beef cornstarch sugar soy sauce sherry oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of the oil
- Marinate for 20 minutes
- In a wok or skillet heat remaining oil and brown garlic
- Add meat and onion stir-fry for 1 minute
- Add peas and cook 1 more minute
