Oyster Stew

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz cup fresh oysters
- 12 stick butter
- 4 c milk
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Boil oysters in about 1 cup water for 10 minutes
- Add salt and pepper Lower heat to medium-low
- Add milk and butter Simmer for 30 minutes
- Do not boil
- If like add pinch of cayenne pepper or dash of Tabasco sauce
