Ozark Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 egg well beaten
- 2 Tbsp flour heaped
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c raw apples diced
- 14 c chopped nuts
- 34 c sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix all together thoroughly starting with egg and sugar Preheat oven 325
- Turn into greased shallow pan and bake
- When done cut in 2-inch squares and serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes
