PamS Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 34 c brown sugar packed
- 12 c vinegar
- 1 or 2 small cans tomato soup
- 8 lb or less country-style ribs
- onion if desired
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together and roll ribs in this mixture until well coated
- Place ribs in greased roaster pan with lid Blend together tomato soup vinegar and onion
- Pour this over ribs
- Bake in oven very slowly at 250 to 300 for 3 or 3 12 hours
