PamS Stuffed PeppersServes 3
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 large green peppers
- 1 c Minute rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 c chopped onions
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper if desired
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Directions
- Cut stem ends from peppers remove seeds and cut peppers in half
- Cook peppers in a small amount of water cover
- Cook in microwave oven on High power for 2 to 3 minutes
- Remove from microwave and water
- Combine remaining ingredients
- Mix well Stuff peppers with mixture
- Place in baking dish
- Pour tomato sauce over mixture in peppers
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
