Pan PierogiThis Is A Lazy Way To Make Pierogi

Ingredients

  • 5 lb potatoes
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb lasagna 12 noodles
  • butter
  • milk
  • 1 12 lb onions

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water mash with butter milk and Velveeta cheese
  2. This can be done the night before Cook lasagna noodles
  3. While noodles are cooking fry onions in butter Set aside
  4. Butter a large casserole dish 9 x 13-inch
  5. Layer four noodles on bottom of pan and spread half of the potato mixture on them
  6. Top with 4 more noodles
  7. Put half the onions on top of noodles and spread the rest of the potato mixture
  8. Place the last 4 noodles on top and cover with onions
  9. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
  10. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving
