Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 12 c flour
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can pie filling optional

Directions

  1. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Mix milk flour and eggs until smooth
  3. Pour into pan over melted margarine
  4. Spoon pie filling over batter
  5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 400
