Pannakochan

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 12 c milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 can pie filling optional
Directions
- Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Mix milk flour and eggs until smooth
- Pour into pan over melted margarine
- Spoon pie filling over batter
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 400
