Papaya Salsa Brie With Tortilla Wedges

Ingredients
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- 3 c Ripe Papaya peeled and diced
- 34 c Kiwi Fruit peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 12 Tbsp Shallots Chopped
- 1 12 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1 12 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 18 tsp Ground Allspice
- 4 oz Round Brie or 8 oz En Croute
Directions
- Cut enough tortillas into wedges like pie and bake at 350 for 10 minutes until crisp then set aside
- Combine the papaya and the next 6 ingredients
- Set aside
- Place the Brie on a baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 until thoroughly heated
- Dip the chips made from the tortillas in the fruity salsa and accompany it with a chunk of warmed cheese
