Papaya Salsa  Brie With Tortilla Wedges

Ingredients

  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • 3 c Ripe Papaya peeled and diced
  • 34 c Kiwi Fruit peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 12 Tbsp Shallots Chopped
  • 1 12 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 12 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 18 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 4 oz Round Brie or 8 oz En Croute

Directions

  1. Cut enough tortillas into wedges like pie and bake at 350 for 10 minutes until crisp then set aside
  2. Combine the papaya and the next 6 ingredients
  3. Set aside
  4. Place the Brie on a baking sheet
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 until thoroughly heated
  6. Dip the chips made from the tortillas in the fruity salsa and accompany it with a chunk of warmed cheese
