Paprikasalat

Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Quarter seed and derib peppers
  2. Using a sharp knife or food processor slice the peppers very very thinly
  3. Peel and quarter the onion and slice very thinly
  4. Set aside
  5. Mix olive oil vinegar sugar salt and pepper
  6. Toss with vegetables
  7. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
