Paprikasalat

Ingredients
- 3 large bell peppers
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Quarter seed and derib peppers
- Using a sharp knife or food processor slice the peppers very very thinly
- Peel and quarter the onion and slice very thinly
- Set aside
- Mix olive oil vinegar sugar salt and pepper
- Toss with vegetables
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
