Paradise Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 14 c canned pumpkin
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- dash of salt
Directions
- Combine cream cheese sugar and vanilla mixing well
- Blend in egg
- Spread into bottom of crust
- Combine rest of ingredients mix well
- Pour over cream cheese
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes
- Cool
