ParkerS Favorite Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 12 c granulated sugar
• 1 c dark corn syrup
• 4 Tbsp melted butter
• 14 c evaporated milk
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 c pecans

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat eggs slightly just until whites and yolks are mixed
3. Stir in sugar then add corn syrup melted butter milk and vanilla
4. Stir the pecans into the eggsugar mixture
5. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust
