Parmesan-Crusted Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 5 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 34 c bread crumbs
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 4 Tbsp butter
- lemon wedges
Directions
- Pound chicken to 12-inch thickness between waxed paper Cover chicken with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Let stand 15 minutes
