Parmesan Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes quartered
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 c flour
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Place butter into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and melt in oven
- Mix Parmesan cheese flour salt and pepper in a bowl with a cover
- Place potatoes into the mixture
- Shake until well coated
- Place in pan and sprinkle leftover mixture over the top
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour
