Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp minced dried onion
- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread
- Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Trim crusts from 8 slices of bread
- Spread each slice with a heaping teaspoonful of mayonnaise mixture and cut into 3 fingers Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 until they become bubbly and brown about 8 minutes
