Parmesan Potato Rounds
Ingredients
- 13 c butter or margarine melted
- 14 c flour
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 medium potatoes sliced into 4 rounds
- Italian seasoning to taste
Directions
- Pour melted butter into jelly roll pan
- Combine flour cheese salt and pepper in plastic bag
- Drop in potato slices shake to coat with flour mixture
- Place in a single layer over the butter
- Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes
- Turn slices sprinkle with Italian seasoning
- Bake 30 minutes more or until tender
