Parmesan Potato Rounds

Ingredients

  • 13 c butter or margarine melted
  • 14 c flour
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 medium potatoes sliced into 4 rounds
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Pour melted butter into jelly roll pan
  2. Combine flour cheese salt and pepper in plastic bag
  3. Drop in potato slices shake to coat with flour mixture
  4. Place in a single layer over the butter
  5. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes
  6. Turn slices sprinkle with Italian seasoning
  7. Bake 30 minutes more or until tender
