Parmesan Potato Rounds

Ingredients
- 13 c melted butter
- 14 c flour
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 medium potatoes each sliced into 6 pieces
- Italian seasoning to taste
Directions
- Pour butter into 15 12 x 10 12-inch pan
- In a plastic bag combine flour cheese salt and pepper
- Shake a few potato slices at a time in the bag to coat with flour mixture
