Parmesan Potato Sticks
Ingredients
- 2 lb Russet potatoes
- 12 c butter melted
- 12 c fine dry bread crumbs
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 18 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Scrub and peel potatoes cut lengthwise into quarters
- Cut each quarter into 3 strips
- Roll in melted butter then roll in combined remaining ingredients
- Place potato sticks in a single layer on a cookie sheet
- Drizzle melted butter over potatoes Bake at 400 for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender Yield
