Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
- 12 c margarine
- 12 c flour
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 to 10 potatoes sliced or wedged
Directions
- Melt margarine in baking dish
- Combine flour cheese and seasonings in plastic bag
- Moisten potatoes in water and place in bag shake
