Parmesan Round Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb round steak cut 34-inch thick
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 c water
  • 13 c milk
  • 12 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 14 tsp paprika
  • onions

Directions

  1. Cut steak into 6 servings
  2. Pound each to 12-inch thickness Combine egg and milk
  3. Mix bread crumbs salt and pepper
  4. Dip steaks into egg mixture
  5. Dredge with seasoned crumbs
  6. Brown meat in oil
  7. Add water
  8. Sprinkle oregano on steaks
  9. Place 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese on each steak
  10. Combine salt and paprika
  11. Sprinkle onions with salt mixture add to meat
  12. Cover tightly
  13. Cook in a 325 oven for 1 14 to 1 12 hours
