Parmesan Vegetables
Ingredients
- 4 c fresh broccoli
- 4 c fresh cauliflower
- 1 large onion sliced
- 14 c sugar
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp basil
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 1 lb bacon crumbled
- 1 large head lettuce bite size pieces
- 2 c seasoned croutons
- 1 8 oz sliced water chestnuts
Directions
- In large bowl break broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces
- Combine with onion
- In small bowl combine sugar cheese salt basil and mayonnaise
- Mix well
- Toss vegetables and dressing
- Refrigerate overnight
- Just before serving add remaining ingredients
- Toss lightly
