Parsley SoupServes 6

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch soup
- 1 c minced leeks
- 2 c diced potatoes
- 2 c half and half
- 14 c minced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c chicken stock
- 12 c heavy cream
Directions
- Cut heavy stems from the parsley and wash well Let soak awhile to clean
- Mince parsley fine and save sprigs for garnish
