Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz cream cheese
• 12 lb sharp Cheddar cheese
• 2 tsp grated onion
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• 12 tsp paprika
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 2 14 oz can deviled ham
• 2 Tbsp chopped pimento
• 23 c chopped nuts
• 3 Tbsp parsley flakes

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese until soft Add Cheddar cheese onion Worcestershire sauce lemon juice mustard parsley flakes paprika salt ham and pimento
2. Mix well Chill until nearly firm
3. Shape into a ball or log
4. Roll in chopped nuts Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight Garnish with additional paprika and olives Serve with crackers
