Party Franks

Ingredients

• 34 C chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 C ketchup
• 12 C water
• 12 C cider vinegar
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp ground mustard
• 2 tsp paprika
• 34 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 18 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 1 large lemon sliced
• 2 12 to 3 lbs miniature hot dogs or cocktail wieners

Directions

1. In saucepan saute onion in oil until tender
2. Stir in the next 11 ingredients
3. Add lemon slices
4. Bring to a boil
5. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until slightly thickened stirring occasionally
