Party Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 1 No 2 can 2 12 c crushed pineapple
• 1 3 oz pkg lime gelatin
• 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 13 c chopped pimiento
• 1 c heavy cream whipped
• 1 c diced celery
• 1 c chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Heat pineapple to boiling add gelatin and stir until dissolved
2. Chill until partially set
3. Soften cream cheese stir in pimiento
4. Add to gelatin mixture and blend
5. Fold in whipped cream celery and nuts
6. Pour into 1 12-quart mold and chill until firm
