Party Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Brown N Serve rolls ripple top
• 1 jar Pizza Quick
• 1 lb sausage
• 1 large onion chopped
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 bell pepper optional
• grated cheese

Directions

1. Chop fine the onions pepper and garlic
2. In saucepan saute veggies in small amount of oil add sausage
3. Cook mashing finely to separate
4. Cook until done drain off grease good and add Pizza Quick
5. Mix well and cook 10 minutes
6. Set aside
7. Take rolls from package and slice into 4 or 5 slices each
8. Place on cookie tin and put about 12 teaspoon pizza mixture on each slice
9. Smooth to edge of bread
10. Sprinkle with grated cheese
11. After cookie tin is filled with pizzas place in hot oven at 400 or broiler to melt cheese
12. Remove from oven and serve hot or cold
