Party Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 1 c Borden buttermilk
• 1 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp Wylers chicken-flavor instant bouillon
• 1 tsp dill weed
• 3 lb new potatoes cooked and sliced
• 1 lb small cooked shrimp or cubed cooked ham optional
• 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions

1. In large bowl mix buttermilk mayonnaise horseradish sugar bouillon and dill
2. Stir in remaining ingredients
3. Cover and chill
4. Garnish
5. Refrigerate leftovers
