Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 c mashed potatoes
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 tsp dried chives
• 14 tsp garlic powder
• 14 c dried bread crumbs
• 1 Tbsp melted butter
• 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine potatoes sour cream cream cheese chives and garlic powder
2. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole Combine bread crumbs with butter sprinkle over potatoes
3. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
4. Top with cheese
5. Serve immediately
