Party Size Fudgy Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c biscuit baking mix
  • 12 c cocoa
  • 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk divided
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 12 c 16 oz can Hersheys syrup divided
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped topping or ice cream optional

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
  3. In a large bowl combine baking mix and cocoa
  4. Stir in 2 cups of sweetened condensed milk 12 cup syrup and vanilla until blended Spoon evenly into prepared pan
  5. In a small bowl combine rest of milk rest of syrup and hot water
  6. Pour liquid mixture carefully over top of mixture in pan
  7. Do not stir
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan Let stand 15 minutes
  9. Spoon into dessert dish spooning pudding from bottom of pan over top
  10. Serve warm
  11. Garnish with whipped topping or ice cream
  12. Refrigerate leftovers
  13. Makes 16 to 20 servings
