Party Snacks
Ingredients
- 1 c cherry tomatoes
- 4 carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
- Herbed Cottage Cheese following
- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
- 14 lb fresh mushrooms
- 12 lb frankfurters
- 1 small red cabbage
Directions
- Wash and trim tomatoes
- Slice the cucumbers
- Peel and cut the carrots into sticks
- Wash the mushrooms
- Cover and chill Drop the Brussels sprouts into boiling salted water
- Reduce heat Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until done
- Drain
- Boil frankfurters for 5 minutes drain
- Or fry frankfurters
- Cut into thirds
- Place cabbage head on serving platter
- Skewer on the frankfurters and mushrooms with frilled toothpicks
- Surround with tomatoes cucumbers carrots Brussels sprouts and bread sticks
- Serve with Herbed Cottage Cheese
