Party Spinach DipLow-Fat
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz carton fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 12 c Land O Lakes fat-free sour cream
- 2 tsp grated fresh onion
- 14 c dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
Directions
- Process cottage cheese in a blender until smooth
- Press spinach between paper towels until almost dry
- Put cottage cheese spinach and remaining ingredients into a bowl
- Blend well folding ingredients together
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours
- Yields 3 cups
- Has 14 calories and a trace of fat per tablespoon
