Party Spinach DipLow-Fat

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz carton fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 12 c Land O Lakes fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tsp grated fresh onion
  • 14 c dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped

Directions

  1. Process cottage cheese in a blender until smooth
  2. Press spinach between paper towels until almost dry
  3. Put cottage cheese spinach and remaining ingredients into a bowl
  4. Blend well folding ingredients together
  5. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours
  6. Yields 3 cups
  7. Has 14 calories and a trace of fat per tablespoon
