Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 12 c heavy cream
- 1 lb noodles or fettuccini cooked as directed on pkg
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese or more
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat butter and cream
- Do not boil
- Mound pasta in warm buttered bowl and pour on cream sprinkle generously with cheese and toss thoroughly but lightly
- Season to taste
