Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 lb. spaghetti
Directions
- Take 1 pound of bacon and cut into cubes; brown.
- Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms, garlic and green pepper; saute with bacon.
- Set aside and save fat in pan.
- In a spaghetti bowl, beat 2 eggs.
- Add parsley and grated cheese.
- Cook 1 pound of spaghetti.
- Save 1/2 cup of water.
- Fold spaghetti into egg mixture.
- Let set 3 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of boiling water; mix well.
- Heat first mixture of bacon and vegetables; pour over spaghetti.
