Pasta Con Broccoli
Ingredients
- 12 lb pasta shells
- 12 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c half and half
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 12 lb mushrooms
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese I use fresh rather than canned
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- salt pepper garlic powder to taste
Directions
- Cook shells and drain
- Cook broccoli and drain
- Saut mushrooms in butter
- Mix all ingredients together and simmer over low heat
- Add salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
