Pasta Flora

Ingredients
- 34 lb butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat butter until creamy
- Addsugar
- and
- beat
- well Add egg yolks one at a
- time and blend well after each
- Add vanilla the 2 cups flour
- and
- baking powder blend
- Add the third cup of flour very slowly
- a little at a time and blend by hand or dough hook in
- mixer
- until you have a soft dough that doesnt stick to your hands and you can roll
