Ingredients

  • 34 lb butter
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat butter until creamy
  2. Addsugar
  3. and
  4. beat
  5. well Add egg yolks one at a
  6. time and blend well after each
  7. Add vanilla the 2 cups flour
  8. and
  9. baking powder blend
  10. Add the third cup of flour very slowly
  11. a little at a time and blend by hand or dough hook in
  12. mixer
  13. until you have a soft dough that doesnt stick to your hands and you can roll
