Pasta Romano

Ingredients

  • 12 extra large black olives
  • 4 garlic cloves sliced
  • 34 c dried tomato
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 pt heavy cream
  • basil to taste
  • 12 c white wine
  • 1 onion diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb pencil points
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c grated Romano cheese

Directions

  1. Slice olives into rings saute with garlic and onion in olive oil until golden
  2. Add wine and tomato cut into pieces
  3. Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes
  4. Add creams and seasonings simmer 10 minutes slowly
  5. Add grated cheese
  6. Pour over pasta immediately
  7. Do not prepare ahead of time
