Pasta Romano
Ingredients
- 12 extra large black olives
- 4 garlic cloves sliced
- 34 c dried tomato
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 pt heavy cream
- basil to taste
- 12 c white wine
- 1 onion diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb pencil points
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 c grated Romano cheese
Directions
- Slice olives into rings saute with garlic and onion in olive oil until golden
- Add wine and tomato cut into pieces
- Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes
- Add creams and seasonings simmer 10 minutes slowly
- Add grated cheese
- Pour over pasta immediately
- Do not prepare ahead of time
