Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb routiani pasta cooked and drained
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c chopped green onion
- 1 c sliced black olives optional
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 c chopped tomato
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c fresh broccoli florets
- 1 c chopped watercress optional
- 6 to 8 oz Italian salad dressing
- 12 to 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 chopped hard-cooked eggs
- anchovies optional
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Serve cold
- Makes a very large portion
- Could cut recipe in half
