Pasta SauceLarge Pot

Ingredients

• 8 cans tomato sauce
• 2 large cans tomato paste
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 Tbsp oregano
• 12 tsp black pepper
• 34 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 Tbsp basil
• 12 c Italian cheese

Directions

1. Saute onion in small amount of oil
2. Add tomato paste
3. Stir for a minute
4. Add all other ingredients
5. Then add 4 cans of water using tomato paste can for measure
6. Bring to boil
7. Simmer 3 hours stirring often
8. Add 12 cup grated Italian cheese after cooking 1 hour
9. Meatballs can be made and cooked in sauce
