Pasta Sugar Peas Asparagus And Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus cut into 1 12-inch pieces
  • 12 lb bow tie pasta
  • 12 lb sugar or snow peas trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 c fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Add asparagus to boiling salted water
  2. Cook until tender Transfer to bowl of cold water and cool this
  3. Drain
  4. Add pasta to the same water and boil until tender but still firm
  5. Add peas and boil 2 minutes
  6. Add asparagus and heat
  7. Drain well
  8. Return pasta and veggies to pot and add oil
  9. Toss to coat
  10. Add 12 cup cheese Season with salt and pepper
