Pasta With Fresh Asparagus

Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 c heavy cream
- freshly ground pepper and salt
Directions
- Boil a pot of water for pasta and begin cooking
- Spinach and egg fettuccine is especially good with this dish
- Clean asparagus and slice across stalks in 12-inch pieces
- In wok or large frypan heat oil and garlic then add cut-up asparagus
- Stir-fry about 3 minutes
