Pasta With Fresh Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • freshly ground pepper and salt

Directions

  1. Boil a pot of water for pasta and begin cooking
  2. Spinach and egg fettuccine is especially good with this dish
  3. Clean asparagus and slice across stalks in 12-inch pieces
  4. In wok or large frypan heat oil and garlic then add cut-up asparagus
  5. Stir-fry about 3 minutes
