Pasta With Pink Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb penne pasta
• 23 c vodka
• 34 c heavy cream
• 12 tsp salt
• 34 c Parmesan cheese grated
• 5 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 14 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 16 oz can plum tomatoes chopped and drained

Directions

1. Cook pasta until al dente drain
2. Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan
3. Add vodka and pepper flakes
4. Simmer for 2 minutes
5. Add heavy cream and tomatoes
6. Simmer 5 minutes longer Sprinkle with salt
7. Combine pasta and sauce toss gently
8. Stir in cheese
9. Serve immediately
