Pasta With Spinach Garlic And Oil

Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh spinach
- 8 oz thin spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic sliced thinly
- 14 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Stem wash drain and coarsely chop spinach leaves
- Set aside
- Cook pasta as package label directs until al dente drain In pan combine oil and garlic
- Saute over medium heat about 2 minutes or until garlic is golden
- Add spinach pepper flakes and salt saute until spinach wilts
- Remove from heat
- Add pasta toss to coat well and mix
- Makes 4 servings
