Pasta With Spinach Garlic And Oil

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh spinach
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large cloves garlic sliced thinly
  • 14 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Stem wash drain and coarsely chop spinach leaves
  2. Set aside
  3. Cook pasta as package label directs until al dente drain In pan combine oil and garlic
  4. Saute over medium heat about 2 minutes or until garlic is golden
  5. Add spinach pepper flakes and salt saute until spinach wilts
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add pasta toss to coat well and mix
  8. Makes 4 servings
